TurboNest Productivity Modules

Common Line Cutting

Automatically or interactively arrange a pair, quad or an array of parts together so that they share a common edge cut. The result is a reduction in pierce cycles and cut time. Learn More >

Chain Cutting

Creates cut paths between parts’ lead-outs and lead-ins in order to connect them together. This allows the development of a single, continuous cutting path for multiple parts which reduces production time (elimination of pierce cycles) and consumable costs. Learn More >

Bridge Cutting

Entity Smoothing & Reduction

This feature combines multiple small line and arc entities from CAD drawings into larger ones based on a user-defined smoothing tolerance. This can improve cut quality and significantly reduces CNC file size. Learn More >

Part Cut-Up
