TurboNest Entity Smoothing & Reduction

Entity Smoothing and Reduction can improve cut quality and significantly reduce CNC file size. This is accomplished by combining lines and arcs or by converting multiple line segments into arcs to reduce the entity count. The degree of reduction is directly controlled by a user specified tolerance that specifies how close the newly created entities are to the original ones. The end result is a smaller CNC file, improved machine motion and better cut quality. This feature is especially useful for files that contain many line or arc segments, such as artistic or scanned images, or files that contains ellipses or splines.
