TurboNest Bridge Cutting

The Bridge Cutting module allows two or more profiles to be linked by two parallel cuts (bridge). Interactive controls that determine the width and radius of bridge cuts are also available. Depending on process, this option offers a big savings potential by significantly reducing pierces and consumable costs.  Resulting geometric profile accuracy may also be improved as the bridges link nested profiles together making them less prone to the effects of thermal movement during the cut cycle.
