TurboNest Custom Remnants

The Custom Remnant module allows the user to create irregular-shaped plate geometries within TurboNest, based on a series of reference points on an XY plane. Reference points can be specified in either absolute or incremental coordinates. Remnants can then be used for immediate nesting or stored in the optional Profile and Plate Inventory option for use at a later time. This module helps reduce remnant inventory, increase inventory turnover, and improve material utilization.
