ProNest Bridge Cutting

The Bridge Cutting module allows two or more profiles of any shape to be linked by two parallel (bridge) cuts. Interactive controls that determine the width and radius of bridge cuts are also available. Depending on process, this module offers a big savings potential by significantly reducing pierces and consumable costs.  Resulting geometric profile accuracy may also be improved because the bridges link nested profiles together, stabilizing them and making them less prone to the effects of thermal movement during the cut cycle.
