ProNest Nest Background Image

The ProNest Nest Background Image module is ideal for applications where source material has surface defects. Users take a digital picture of the material, and then superimpose the image onto the ProNest work area, allowing nesting to occur around any blemishes. Being able to actually see the superimposed material image while nesting eliminates guess-work and provides a large amount of programming time savings in the process. Scrap generated from the cutting process is also greatly reduced when using this option and due to the inherent high material costs involved, it becomes a very inexpensive insurance policy.
