MTC Software is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its Germany subsidiary company and help grow the business to its full potential. You would be a part of an international sales team and would have an opportunity to implement your ideas and experience to make a real difference each and every day. The position involves sales of CAM nesting software and other software products used in CNC cutting applications; including plasma, oxyfuel, laser, waterjet, router, knife and punch. You would be provided qualified end-user sales inquiries for follow up plus would be expected to prospect for your own opportunities. You would also be expected to develop and maintain distributor channels within your territory.
The ideal candidate will have previous business to business sales experience with software and/or machine tool products, very good oral and written German and English language skills (a third language is a plus), a safe driving record, and very good PC / MS Office Suite Skills. Overnight travel within the sales territory up to 50% of the time would be expected. MTC Software is willing to provide application (cutting process) training to the right candidate. Detailed MTC Software product training will be provided.
Once employed the Regional Sales Manager will need to spend one day of every two work-weeks (minimum) in the Bensheim, Germany Europe headquarters office but residence anywhere in Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands would be considered for the right candidate.

Position: Senior Software Programmer
Location: Lockport, NY USA
Description:
MTC Software, located in Lockport, NY (near Buffalo) has an immediate opening for a full time senior software programmer. We are seeking a creative and talented individual that would be involved in database and GUI interface design for our product line. Duties include analyzing, designing, coding and implementing software solutions.
Skills:
Delphi, Object-Oriented Programming, Multi-Threading, MS SQL Server, Component Development, COM/.NET Programming, XML, GUI Programming experience
Requirements:
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills (in Delphi a plus).
• 5 or more years of professional programming experience.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server) and COM also a plus.
• Experience with GUI Interface design.
• Ability to work in a small team environment.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
